Fresh ingredients including parsley, garlic & Argentine spice Aji Molido are used to infuse a combination of oil & vinegar to create the perfect blend. An extremely versatile sauce, our Chimichurri can be used as a marinade, for cooking or simply as a dipping sauce. It is an ideal accompaniment for all meats & fish & is suitable for vegetarians & vegans too.
